Vegan/Gluten-Free Buckeye Brownies

Ingredients:

  • Flesh of 1 sweet potato
  • 1/2C Peanut Butter
  • 1/2C cocoa powder or cacao powder
  • 1/2C granulated sugar of choice
  • 1/2C nut milk
  • 1C almond flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • Handful of chocolate chips

Mix this all together and pour into a greased 6×6 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-30min. Let is cool in the fridge before cutting!

PB Frosting:

  • 1/4C Vegan Butter
  • 1/4C Peanut Butter
  • 2C powdered sugar
  • 1/4C nut milk

Once brownies are cool, frost them with this yummy frosting 🙂
